Close to Bash Bish waterfalls and the Berkshires. I stayed at Howard Johnson in Lenox and had a great experience! They offer a complimentary breakfast with hot food, which was a nice touch. The staff was very respectful and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, and the room had convenient amenities like storage, coffee, and an iron. The location of the hotel is fantastic, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and close to Bash Bish waterfalls and the beautiful Berkshires.

the rate presented by the Booked.net was about 15% less than the actual rate. i was charged a premium for my saturday night stay, but not for my sunday stay. i was assigned a strange sort of 'honeymoon' room with a non-working, bright red, heart shaped jacuzzi bathtub. i won't stay at this (or probably any other) HoJos again.

It was convenient and the space was very roomy. The refridgerator and microwave were nice amenities. I would recommend this location to other travelors.

The first room we were assigned (a non-smoking room as we are allergic to second hand smoke) smelled of smoking. The second room assigned also had a faint smell of smoke. I believe to avoid such situations, sensitive smoke alarms should be installed to prevent smoking in non-smoking rooms.

The hotel offers well-equipped rooms with coffee supplies and a microwave. Absolutely perfect location just off the outlet stores heading south, the center of town, and Tanglewood Music Festival - it's very central.

The manager was wonderful as well as all the two employees that I met. The beds were very comfortable, all in all, a wonderful place to stay. Everything is close by, would definitely stay again.

This venue was comfortable and great, conveniently located near restaurants, the Turnpike, and other beautiful attractions in the area only 2 miles from Arrowhead.

The place was adequate for sleeping and showering. It was not a room that I would want to spend a lot of time in. It was okay for us. We went to Lenox for a family get together.

The pool area is excellent too. Newly renovated and good-sized units with 2 queen beds and a decent bed and toiletries. Efficient and excellent staff, easy check in.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

Great location right in the heart of a bustling area 📍. Plus, it's surrounded by beautiful spots and conveniently close to lots of dining options 🍽️.

Convenient and affordable

Sign out front was not lighted in the evening, making it a little more difficult to find on the first night when unfamiliar with area in the dark.

The only thing that i found was the matress was way to soft. It was older and could use updating. Other than that the room was very large and comfortable.
